How Do I Purchase Tickets For An Event?
Tickets for Depot Theater Productions can be reserved by calling the Box Office at (620) 225-1001, or purchase tickets online.
How Far In Advance Do We Have To Place Our Reservations?
Same day reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Tickets are often available at the door
Can I Get A Refund?
Although refunds are not offered, patrons are welcome to transfer reservations to different dates of the same show subject to availability. Exchanges must be made with 48-hour advance notice to the Box Office. No exchanges can be made from one production to another.
Do You Offer Any Discount Tickets?
We offer a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more for our regular productions.
Where Can I Park?
Parking is located to the East of the Homestead Theater between the Homestead and Central Station Bar & Grill. There is also public parking to the north of the Depot in the City lot.
When Do Doors Open For The Show?
Building doors open at 6:00pm for evening shows and 1pm for matinee shows. Doors to the Theater open at 6:30pm (evening) and 1:30pm (matinee) to start seating. Show begins at 7:00pm (evening) and 2:00pm (matinee).
Where Do We Enter The Theater For Productions?
Patrons enter on the south track side of the Train Depot or the north side of the Lobby. All doors are marked with “Enter Here” signage directing patrons to the entry points.
What Is The Dress Code?
There is no official dress code for the Theater. It is suggested to bring a jacket due to cooler temperatures at times.
Do the Productions Include A Meal?
Currently our productions do not include a meal, but they do include a dessert and drink service.
May I Bring My Own Food And Beverages Into The Theater?
No outside food and/or beverages are allowed in the building due to our Kansas State Food License.
What Is Your Child Policy?
Children are allowed to attend all performances. If you have any more questions, please call our Box Office at (620) 225-1001. Children that become disruptive during a performance may be politely asked to leave with their accompanying adults.
Can I Take Photos Or Video Of The Performance?
Photography and videography of the performances are prohibited due to copyright issues, except by approved theater personnel. You may take pictures of and with the actors after the show in the Theater, the Gallery or El Vaquero Room.
Do You Allow Service Animals?
Service animals are allowed with proper credentials and previous communication with our Box Office. You must notify our Box Office prior to bringing the service animal into the building.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No. If you have provided an email address, you will be emailed a confirmation. Your tickets will be available at the Box Office. You may wish to bring your confirmation, but it is not necessary.
