Past Performances

The Depot Theater Company started out as the Boot Hill Museum Repertory Company back in March of 1984. The first production included two one act plays, “Sundance” and “The Drunkards Wife”. They were presented in the Old House Saloon Boot Hill Museum.

In July of 2004, after a LONG fundraising campaign, lots of hard work and research, as well as months of construction and restoration work (8 YEARS!) the Depot Theater Company opened its first season in the Santa Fe Depot. The season is 12 months long and the NEW Depot Stage first performances included: 1) Anyone Can Whistle; 2) Noises Off (Reprise) first performed in the 86-87 season; 3) Happy Holidays: Christmas Revue; 4) The Dresser; 5) Wild Women Never Get the Blues; 6) Nunsense (Reprise) first performed in the 90-91 season.

We hope you enjoy looking through this archive of past performances by clicking on the play titles to access posts and pictures. Performances are structured by decade with most recent first. Many THANKS to Doug Austen for compiling the information, photographs and posters from the Depot archives, to Mark Veirthaler, Josh Roesener and other members for all the amazing photos you’ll see in these posts.
